Your cookie choice
When you first visit this site, a banner asks whether you're happy for us to use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics only runs if you choose "Accept" — choosing "Reject", or simply not responding, means it never loads. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page, which reopens this choice.
Outside of that choice, this site sets no cookies of its own. The only other third-party technology loaded is our booking-system provider, HighLevel — as the chat widget available on every page, and as the enquiry forms on our two "Start Planning" pages — described below, which run regardless of your analytics choice since they are functional, not tracking, technology.

If you choose "Accept", Google Analytics (GA4) loads and sets cookies to help us understand how many people visit this site and which pages they find useful. We don't use this data to identify you individually.

What this site itself stores
Fonts on this site are loaded from our own server, not a third party, so no cookie or request is sent anywhere else just for you to view a page. Outside of your analytics choice above and the HighLevel chat widget and enquiry forms described below, this site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage at all.
Chat widget (every page)
Every page on this site includes a chat widget provided by our booking-system provider, HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), so you can ask a question without filling in a form. Opening the chat lets you voluntarily submit your name, phone number, email address and message — see our Privacy Policy for how that information is used.

We didn't find this widget setting any cookies directly on our own domain. As with the enquiry forms below, HighLevel's own systems may set further cookies or storage we can't see or control — see HighLevel's Privacy Policy for detail.
Our enquiry forms (Custom Installations & Grab & Go)
Our two "Start Planning" pages embed a form built and hosted by our booking-system provider, HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), so that you can send us an enquiry directly. This is the only part of the site where third-party technology is loaded, and only on the specific page you've chosen to visit in order to fill in that form.

If you'd rather not load this form at all, you can always reach us by phone instead on 07360 497607 — every enquiry page says so, and nothing on this site requires you to use the online form.
Controlling storage through your browser
You can clear cookies and site data, or block them entirely, through your browser's own settings — this will also clear the local storage item described above. Doing so may mean our enquiry form has to reload from scratch next time you visit, but it won't stop you from using it.
