Custom Installation
We design, deliver and set up your display. Best for bigger or bespoke displays, and the only route for Table Balloons.
Grab & Go
You collect a ready-made display from Chatham, ME4. A simple option if you have a suitably large vehicle.

Pricing questions
Do your prices include VAT?
No. PD Events is not VAT registered, so VAT is never added to any price.
What does a 'From' price mean?
Our 'From' prices are the starting point for that display. Your final quote can change for flowers, a larger or bulkier build, travel, or other bespoke requests — anything like this is agreed with you as part of your quote, not added afterwards.
Is delivery and setup included?
For Custom Installations, your quote covers the agreed delivery and setup. Reusable frames and props are collected after your event where needed — a balloon-only organic installation attached to your venue has nothing to collect. Travel requirements may affect your final quote.
How does payment work?
Grab & Go orders are paid in full when you book. Custom Installation orders require a non-refundable payment when you book — £60 for orders of £200 or less, or £100 for orders over £200 — which is deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
How long is a quote valid for?
Quotes are valid for 15 days.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Our existing 14-day change and cancellation terms apply — get in touch with us and we'll talk you through your options.
Can I order Table Balloons on their own?
Table Balloons are usually added to one of our installed displays, but larger standalone orders may also be available depending on quantity and location.
